We are based in Scotland and deliver nationwide.
Dispatch:
Orders placed before 11am are dispatched on the same day of order. (If item is stocked in our UK base)
Orders after 11am will be dispatched the following day.
Weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday. For delivery on Saturday, please email us with your request.
All products will be available for dispatch within 5 to 7 working days due to a vary in delivery service from our European manufacturers. An email will be sent to you prompting delivery times.
Backorder:
Please note that there are certain sizes and products that we do not hold in stock all the time. These items are available by backorder and will take an estimated 7 working days to be delivered. These items are clearly marked with ‘backorder’ within the individual listing.
Delivery:
Sparks Workwear Ltd. delivers nationwide (UK) and worldwide by individual arrangement.
Our deliveries are made via Parcelforce Worldwide and Royal Mail. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a delivery notice with options for a re-delivery or if you prefer you can pick up the package from your local post office.
Different shipping address
You can specify a different shipping address to the billing address. We are flexible and can deliver to you or another person if required.

- Orders over £60 exl vat: Free (UK Mainland)
- £17.95 orders from Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly (please see postcode list)
- £16.69 (no VAT) Channel Islands (postcodes GY10 & JE2)
UK Outlying regions
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. The postcodes in this zone are AB31, AB33 – 38, AB44 – 56, all BT, FK17-22, G83,HS1-9, all IM, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, TR21 – 25, ZE1-3, PO30-41 and GY10 & JE2. Smaller orders are shipped by Royal Mail whilst larger / more valuable consignments are sent by Parcelforce Two Day service.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, you may be required to pay duty when you import the item. This is beyond our control and you, as the importer, will be liable for any taxes / duties charged. You should check such charges are acceptable before proceeding with the order.

If you wish to collect an order from our premises please contact us and we can arrange for the safe handover of your order.

Prices & VAT
All our prices are VAT included. We keep our prices up to date, so they are correct for stock held at the time of ordering.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union (for example the Channel Islands) the VAT will be deducted in the checkout. You may be required to pay duty when you import the item – this is beyond our control and you, as the importer, will be liable for any taxes / duties charged. You should check such charges are acceptable before proceeding with the order. If your order is for your VAT registered company and you are in the EU (but outside the UK) you can order without paying VAT. You must contact us with your VAT number and your order number, and we will arrange to refund the VAT. We then notify HM Revenue & Customs of your VAT number who will arrange that the tax is collected in your local country later.
When purchasing large quantities of products or if buying in bulk, Sparks Workwear Ltd will treat each size and colour of a product as an individual item for sale.
